We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days from the date of order. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return Returning is easy! Simply:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to your Order History and select the order you'd like to return
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your return request
  4. Once approved, we'll arrange a free shipping  and share the details 

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is completely free. A free shipping will be provided upon approval of your return request.
